Avanta
Avanta was a welfare-to-work organisation and training agency, and a provider of the British government's Work Programme.
Acquisition
It was bought by the recruitment company Staffline in May 2014 at a cost of £65.45 million.[1]
Staffline later bought Avanta's Work Programme competitor, A4e,[2] before rebranding the new composite company "PeoplePlus".[3]
