History

AFL Pakistan was formed on 1 April 2014. In November 2014, TAYYAB CHATTHA and CHAUDREY ZULFIQAR ALI have introduced this game in Pakistan with help of Australian High Commission Islamabad staff opted to vacate the role of chief Organizer AFL Pakistan 1st election announced results in 2018

Currently AFL Pakistan has held few tournaments. In 2015 CDA MARGLA SPORTS FESTIVAL, THEM in 2016 1st National Championship was held in Pakistan sports boad on 26-28 sept 2016, where 8 team all over Pakistan participated and final match was live telecast on PTV SPORTS on 28 sept 2016, Punjab vs Islamabad. Islamabad tiger won the final by 34-30 points. National team

The Pakistani national side are known as the Dragoons and have played their first game on 16 August 2014 against India. The match was won by India.
