Ashley Blue

Ashley Blue (born Oriana Small[1] July 8, 1981) is an American radio personality, writer, and former pornographic actress.[3] She currently hosts her own Vivid Radio show and writes for Hustler magazine.[3]

Career

Blue was born in Thousand Oaks, California.[2] She has won multiple Adult Video News awards, including 2004 Female Performer of the Year and 2005 Best Supporting Actress. In March 2004, she signed a three-year contract with JM Productions, appearing in the Girlvert series.[4] She ended the contract on February 14, 2007.[4]

In 2003, she sued ex-boyfriend and fellow former adult film star Trent Tesoro on an episode of Judge Mathis.[5] She was featured in Inside the Porn Actors Studio: Ashley Blue (2006), an episode of Howard Stern's TV series Howard Stern on Demand.[6] She also did voice acting for the cartoon Three Thug Mice.[7]

In 2008, Oriana finished writing her memoir of nearly ten years working in the adult entertainment industry (using her JM Productions moniker "Girlvert"). It was published as Girlvert: A Memoir by Oriana Small by Los Angeles-based independent publisher A Barnacle Book & Record in 2011.[8]

Blue married photographer Dave Naz on July 30, 2009.[1]

In 2011, she was portrayed by Swedish artist Karl Backman for the Museum of Porn in Art in Zurich.[9]

In 2013, she was inducted into AVN's Hall of Fame.[10] Blue has been hosting her own Vivid Radio show, Blue Movies, since November 2013.[11]
