Ascent Uptown (Charlotte)
Ascent Uptown is a 33-story apartment building in Uptown Charlotte, North Carolina. The building is 425 ft (130 m) tall and includes 300 units, 487,000 sq ft (45,200 m2) of floor area, 14,000 sq ft (1.3 sq km2) of two amenity top floors and 4000 sq ft(371 sq m2) of ground floor retail.

Construction began on February 1, 2015, and Ascent Uptown is the 6th residential building to begin construction in Uptown Charlotte since the end of the Great Recession.
Ascent Uptown was constructed between W 3rd Street and S Poplar Street. It opened on June 19, 2017[2]
It is owned by Greystar Real Estate Partners and was constructed on a build-to-rent basis.[3][4]
