Argentina at the 1948 Summer Olympics

Argentina competed at the 1948 Summer Olympics in London, England. 199 competitors, 188 men and 11 women, took part in 101 events in 16 sports.[1] It was the country's largest delegation until the 2016 Summer Olympics. With 3 golds, 3 silvers, and a bronze, it tied Argentina's performance in 1928, and remains the last time the country achieved 7 medals in an edition of the Olympics.
