Ana Karina Áñez

Ana Karina Áñez Delgado (born 4 January 1985, Barquisimeto) is a Venezuelan TV host and beauty pageant titleholder who won the title of Miss Venezuela 2003 representing her home state of Lara.

Ana represented her home state of Lara at Miss Venezuela 2003 where she won the title and the right to represent her country at Miss Universe 2004.

She represented Venezuela at the Miss Universe 2004[1] in Quito, Ecuador where she failed to place in the semifinals, ending Venezuela's two-decade streak of consecutive placements in Miss Universe, from 1983 through 2003.[2]

Personal life

Ana Karina married Juan Nuñez on 3 September 2011, and they live in Barquisimeto, Lara, where she hosts a local TV show. She is also the manager of a local business.[2]
