Brands including Hermès, Dior, Cartier, Bottega Veneta, Chanel, Fendi, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, MaxMara, Celine, Tiffany & Co., and Prada maintain more than 60 retail stores and restaurants on a 220,000-square-foot (20,000 m2) site surrounded by gardens designed by Oheme van Sweden. Peter Marino is Americana Manhasset's master architect.
