Albanian Supercup

The Albanian Supercup of football has been played since 1989. It is a single match usually at the beginning of the season between the winners of the Albanian Superliga and Albanian Cup. Most of matches have been played in Tiranë since 1989, either at ex-Qemal Stafa Stadium or Selman Stërmasi Stadium. The only exception was the one of season 2011, which was played at Skënderbeu Stadium in Korçë. However, now even Elbasan Arena is being used for the finals.
