Akira Toriyama: The World

This album features vocal tracks from the films based on three Akira Toriyama properties featured at the 1990 Toei Anime Fair of the same name, which were Pink: Water Bandit, Rain Bandit, Kennosuke-sama, and Dragon Ball Z: Chikyū Marugoto Chōkessen. Tracks 2-4 would go on to be included in fourth volume of the Dragon Ball Z: Complete Song Collection, Promise of Eternity and the Super Complete Collection.

A month later Columbia released a follow up call Akira Toriyama: The World Pink Songs & BGM (鳥山明 ザ・ワールド ピンク SONGS & BGM, Toriyama Akira za Wārudo Pinku SONGS & BGM). This album focuses exclusively on the film Pink: Water Bandit, Rain Bandit. The three songs from the previous album Pink's theme "Mizutama no Umbrella",and the two image songs "Otomeha Mystery" and "GO AHEAD!!" were ported to this album along with the film's score.
