4th National Congress of the Communist Party of China
The 4th National Congress of the Communist Party of China was held from January 11 - 22, 1925, in the city of Shanghai. It had been preceded by the 3rd National Congress of the Communist Party of China. It was succeeded by the 5th National Congress. It elected the 4th Central Executive Committee of the Communist Party of China. Knowledge of Communism in China was still growing. There had been, before this point, some cooperation with the leading Kuomintang political party.[1]
