2021 New Jersey gubernatorial election
The 2021 New Jersey gubernatorial election will take place on November 2, 2021. Incumbent Democratic Governor Phil Murphy, was elected in 2017 with 56% of the vote, is eligible for re-election.[1] He has not yet declared whether he will run.

Republican Jack Ciattarelli has announced his intent to run for governor in 2021.[2] Other potential candidates include former U.S. Representative Tom MacArthur[3] and former Celgene CEO and 2018 Senate nominee Bob Hugin.
