2020 Guinean presidential election
Presidential elections will be held in Guinea in October 2020.[1]

Electoral system
The elections will be held using the two-round system, with a second round taking place if no candidate received more than 50% of the vote in the first round.[2] The new constitution passed in a constitutional referendum in March 2020 reset presidential terms, allowing incumbent president Alpha Condé to run for a third term.[3]
