The 2018 Charleston Southern Buccaneers football team represented Charleston Southern University in the 2018 NCAA Division I FCS football season. They were led by second-year head coach Mark Tucker and played their home games at Buccaneer Field. They were a member of the Big South Conference. They finished the season 5–6, 3–2 in Big South play to finish in third place.
