2016–17 Liga IV Alba

The 2016–17 Liga IV Alba was the 49th season of the Liga IV Alba, the fourth tier of the Romanian football league system. The season began on 3 September 2016[1][2] and ended on 3 June 2017[3].

  • Unirea Alba Iulia received the permission to enroll in Liga III, due to the excellent results recorded in the youth championships.
  • Industria Galda II and Euro Șpring[6] withdrew for financial reasons.
  • Pianu withdrew from championship and was replaced by Transalpina Șugag.[7]
  • Energia Săsciori[8] and Gaz Metan Valea Lungă were spared from relegation.
