  4. Unisport-2 Chisinau merged with TTA (Termotransauto) Straseni, a team also losing in last seasons promotion playoffs.
  5. Avintul were given a place despite losing in the promotion playoff last season, apparently because Cristalul Ghindesti disappeared.
