John McEnroe and Michael Stich were the defending champions, but McEnroe did not compete. Stich competed with Wayne Ferreira but lost in the third round to Jeremy Bates and Byron Black.

Todd Woodbridge and Mark Woodforde defeated Grant Connell and Patrick Galbraith in the final, 7–5, 6–3, 7–6^(7–4) to win the Gentlemen's Doubles title at the 1993 Wimbledon Championships.[1] This was the second Grand Slam title for The Woodies, their first Wimbledon title, and the duo's second step towards a Career Golden Slam.
