1969 Lamar Tech Cardinals football team

The 1969 Lamar Tech Cardinals football team represented the Lamar State College of Technology in the 1969 NCAA College Division football season as a member of the Southland Conference. The Cardinals played their home games at Cardinal Stadium now named Provost Umphrey Stadium in Beaumont, Texas. The team finished the season with a 3–7 overall record and a 0–4 conference record.
