12 Nights of Christmas
12 Nights of Christmas is the fourteenth studio album by American R&B singer R. Kelly. Released on October 21, 2016, it is Kelly’s first album to incorporate a holiday theme, and his final album with RCA Records, as the label dropped Kelly following the release of Surviving R Kelly, a documentary series which detailed numerous sexual assault allegations against the artist. It is also his most recent album to date.[1]

Background
The album is the first holiday album by Kelly.[2][3] The album was supposed to be released in late 2014, but was instead postponed to 2016. [4][5][6]
Commercial performance
12 Nights of Christmas debuted at number 177 on the Billboard 200 chart for the week of December 24, 2016.
