μCOM-4

μCOM-4 is a microcontroller family introduced by NEC in the 1970s. It was manufactured as Sharp requested them for their products. It had a 4-bit architecture. It was based on the μPD751 microprocessor, the first Japanese single-chip microprocessor. The microcontroller ran at 1 MHz clock speed and had 4 kB of address space.
