Zoran Zekić (born 29 April 1974) is a Croatian football manager and former player who currently manages Osijek in the Croatian First League.[1]
Coaching career
In 2010 he was appointed as the local football club in Zagreb Maksimir, who was coached to 2013. One year later, he went to Moldova, where he coached FC Sheriff-2 Tiraspol to 2015, when he became the Sheriff Tiraspol manager. On September 1, 2015 he was named as the Osijek coach in the Croatian First Football League, and signed three-year contract, to June 2018. In 2016–17 season, Osijek finished on 4th position and promoted to the 2017–18 UEFA Europa League qualifying rounds. Osijek played against Santa Coloma and PSV Eindhoven. Osijek won hard opponent PSV with 2–0 (0–1, 1–0), and promoted to play-off round.
