Zhang Zhizhen (Chinese: 张之臻; pinyin: Zhāng Zhīzhēn; Mandarin pronunciation: [ʈʂáŋ ʈʂɻ̩́ ʈʂə́n]; born 16 October 1996), is a Chinese professional tennis player. He has one Futures singles title and one Futures doubles title. He reached his career high singles ranking of World No. 354 in October 2017.

He played his first ATP main draw match in the 2015 Shenzhen Open after getting through qualifiers.

Career

In the 2017 ATP Shenzhen Open, qualifier Zhang upset 35-year-old world No. 39 Paolo Lorenzi, the 4th seed, in the second round but lost to Henri Laaksonen later on in the next round.[4][5]

On 26 November 2017, defeating Te Rigele 5–7, 7–6(8–6), 6–3, Zhang won the China Tennis Grand Prix Cup title for the first time with just two attempts.[6]
