Zhang Xiaolong

Zhang Xiaolong (simplified Chinese: 张小龙; traditional Chinese: 張小龍), also known as Allen Zhang, is a Chinese computer programer known for creating WeChat and Foxmail.[1][2] He is a senior executive vice president and president of Weixin Group at Tencent Holdings Limited.[3]
