Zesgehuchten was a municipality in the Dutch province of North Brabant. It existed until 1921, when it became part of Geldrop.[1]
The name Zesgehuchten means "six hamlets", referring to Gijzenrooi, Genoenhuis, Hulst, Hoog Geldrop, Hout, and Riel. Of these hamlets, Hulst and Hoog Geldrop are now part of the town of Geldrop, while Gijzenrooi, Genoenhuis and Hout still exist as separate hamlets; the hamlet of Riel is now located in the municipality Eindhoven.
