ZEE5 (previously OZEE) is a video on demand website run by Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited (ZEEL). It was launched in India on February 14, 2018 with content in 12 languages.[1]
The website also has an app, ZEE5 App.[2]
The platform also provided the first Tamil web series in 2018 with the title America Mappillai.[3][4] In the same year, the platform also inroduced another web series titles, Kallachirippu which was produced by popular filmmaker Karthik Subbaraj.[5][6] and Karenjit Kaur – The Untold Story of Sunny Leone, a biographical web series on Sunny Leone.
