Rohit Gandhi is an Indian journalist and documentary filmmaker.[1] He was the Editor-in-chief of World is One News and DNA India.

He is the recipient of DuPont Award[2][3][4] and multiple Emmy Award nominations[5][6][7][8]. He has spoken intensively on conflict resolution[9]and was the field producer of National Geographic's Afghan Warrior.[10]

From 2000 to 2006, he was a producer at CNN[11] and later for a year with CBC.[12]

From April 2006 to July 2007, he was a correspondent and producer at CBC in the Beijing and South Asia region. He joined South Asian International News in 2007. There he was an international correspondent and communication strategist based in Canada and New Delhi, India.

He was appointed Editor-in-chief of WION and DNA at Zee Media Corporation Ltd., New Delhi in 2015. [13]

From Feb 2017 to present, he is the Editor-in-chief of Democracy News Live.[14][15]
