Zaffar Iqbal Manhas

Zafar Iqbal Manhas is a noted Indian administrator, writer, freelancer, poet, social activist and politician hailing from Jammu and Kashmir.[1] He is a senior member of the ruling Peoples Democratic Party and currently one of the members of the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Council. He is also vice-president of the Jammu and Kashmir Academy of Art, Culture and Languages.[2]
