The Yamaha DX100 is a synthesizer of the family of the DX7 built by Yamaha using the FM synthesis .[4] The DX100 offers four operators and eight algorithms (instead of the six operators and 32 the DX7 algorithms), it has only 49 keys, no arpeggiator or effects, but it is known in particular for his bass patch #1.
