Yalkhoroy (Russian: Ялхорой; Chechen: Ялхара) was a selo in what now is the Chechen Republic, Russia. It was abandoned in 1944 due to the deportation of the Chechen people.

The namesake Yalkhoroy (Yalxoroj) teip (clan) dominated it. The first president of the Chechen Republic, Dzhokhar Dudayev, was born here in 1944.
