Xinbo Ruan

Xinbo Ruan from the Nanjing University of Aeronautics & Astronautics, Nanjing, China was named Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) in 2016[1] for contributions to switching-mode power converter topologies and modulation strategies.
