Windhoek Public Library

Windhoek Public Library is a public library in downtown Windhoek, Namibia. Built in 1925, it is located next to the Alte Feste, which is home to the National Museum of Namibia. In February 2009, the library began undergoing renovations worth N$ 700,000, which included replacing the carpets with ceramic tiles, add air conditioning, increase lighting and create a public internet cafe.[1]

It reopened in 2012
