Winów [ˈvinuf] (German Winau) is a neibourhood of Opole in Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.[1] It lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) north of Prószków and 5 km (3 mi) south-west of the regional capital Opole.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (see Territorial changes of Poland after World War II). Before 2017 it was a part of Gmina Prószków.
