William D. Irvine

William D. Irvine is a Canadian writer, historian and academic, currently Professor Emeritus of History at York University. He specializes in French history and has published a book on the Human Rights League of France (Ligue des droits de l'homme). He received his B.A. degree in 1966 from the University of British Columbia and Ph.D. from Princeton University. As an author, he has largely been collected by libraries.[1]
