William Church Davis (May 11, 1866 - September 23, 1958) served as a brigadier general during World War I. He commanded the 32nd Heavy Artillery Brigade during the war.

Early life and education

Davis attended the United States Military Academy at West Point, graduating with the class of 1890.[1][2]

Awards

Davis received the Army Distinguished Service Medal for his command of the Artillery support of the Fifth Corps in November 1918 during the Meuse-Argonne campaign.[3]

Death and legacy

Davis died on September 23, 1958 in Berkeley, California.[4]
