Wang Yupu

Wang Yupu (Chinese: 王玉普; born 1956)[1] is a Chinese businessman, the chairman of Sinopec, the world's second-biggest oil refiner, since May 2015.[2][3][4]

Wang was born in Xinmin, Liaoning, and began his career in the Daqing oil fields. In September 2017, Wang was appointed as the Director of the State Administration of Work Safety.[5] He was appointed as the first Minister of Emergency Management in March 2018.[6]
