WKEY-FM (93.7 FM) is a radio station broadcasting a classic hits format. Licensed to Key West, Florida, United States, the station serves the Florida Keys area.[1]

History

The station went on the air as WKRY on July 15, 1985. On November 23, 1999, the station changed its call sign to the current WKEY-FM.[2]

On June 8, 2011, WKEY-FM changed their format to oldies, branded as "True Oldies".

On April 1, 2017, WKEY-FM changed their format from oldies to classic hits, branded as "Mix 93.7". (info taken from stationintel.com)

The station was most recently owned by Jonathan Smith's Choice Radio Keys Corporation. Due to an inability to pay outstanding debts, the company assigned the licenses of WGMX and sister stations WFFG, WGMX, and WKEZ-FM to a trustee on June 4, 2018 to be sold for the benefit of creditors.
