WHPC is the award-winning radio station of Nassau Community College in Garden City, New York. WHPC began broadcasting on October 27, 1972. The first song played was "Listen to the Music" by The Doobie Brothers. The station broadcasts on 90.3 MHz, HD1, and streams online via their website, iHeartRadio, and TuneIn. Its flagship shows are The Nassau Mix and The Nassau Morning Madhouse. Some of its other popular shows are Motormouth Radio, Everything and Anything, Sinatra Serenade, Beatlesongs, Good Gold, The Unforgettables, Thunder Road Radio, The Party Mix, The Rare Groove Sessions, The Sock Hop, Sports Talk, The Home Stretch, and Beyond the Game.

WHPC won three awards at the 2018 Intercollegiate Broadcasting System awards: Best On-Air Schedule, Best Sports Report, and Best Training Manual.
