W. Albert Noyes Jr.

William Albert Noyes Jr. was a chemist and the son of a famous chemist, William A. Noyes.

William Albert Noyes Jr. won a number of awards, including the Charles Lathrop Parsons Award for public service from the American Chemical Society in 1970.^[1] They are the only father and son who have each won the Priestley Medal.^[2] They are also the only father and son who have each won the Willard Gibbs Award.
