W.M.Q. Halm

William Marmon Quao Halm (born 24 July 1902) was a Ghanaian economist. He was a governor of the Bank of Ghana[1] from the 5th of October 1962 to the 13th of August 1965.[1] He was born in Akuse.[2][3]
