Vladimir Kozina

Fr Vladimir Kozina was the first priest in the Roman Catholic Church after Vatican II to celebrate the Tridentine Mass under indult from Bishop John Stephen Cummins in the entire state of California.[1]

Childhood and Early life

Vladimir Kozina grew up in Slovenia. After college, he entered into a seminary, studying for the priesthood. One time, he returned home for a vacation. He had hardly arrived when Communists broke into the house and while he hid up in the attic, the communists murdered his mother, father and older brother.

Ordained a priest, he came to America where he began afresh his ministry. All this, and much more is described in detail in his book 'Communism as I Know It.'
