Vizela (Portuguese pronunciation: [viˈzɛlɐ]) is a municipality in the Braga District in Portugal. The population in 2011 was 23,736,[1] in an area of 24.70 km².[2]
The present Mayor is Dinis Manuel da Silva Costa, elected by the Socialist Party. The municipal holiday is March 19.

Sport
- Minigolf: Vizela has a miniature golf club association called Vizelgolfe equipped with two courses. In 2016 Vizela hosted the Minigolf European Championship and the Nations cup (Vizela Open 16).[4] Vizelgolfe is a member of the Portuguese Minigolf Association.
- Football: Futebol Clube de Vizela is a professional football club based in the city.
