Vita Heine (born 21 November 1984) is a racing cyclist.[1] She was born in Riga in Latvia and competed for Latvia in the 2013 UCI women's road race in Florence.[2] She obtained Norwegian citizenship from 1 July 2014, and rode for Norway-based Team Hitec Products from 1 September 2014.[3]
