Vista Unified School District is a public school district headquartered in Vista, California, United States. It serves sections of northern San Diego County.

The Vista Unified School District is the 4th largest school district in San Diego County and includes 32 schools with diverse educational programs for kindergarten through adult education students. VUSD has 17 elementary schools, 3 magnet schools, 4 middle schools, 2 comprehensive high schools, 3 alternative high schools, 2 special education schools and 1 adult school. VUSD serves more than 23,000 students and 2,000 adult education students in Vista, as well as sections of Oceanside, San Marcos, Carlsbad and some unincorporated areas of the County.
