Viorel Simion (born October 19, 1981)[1] is a Romanian professional boxer.

Amateur highlights

As an amateur, Simion won two bronze medals, at the 2005 World Boxing Championships in Mianyang, China and at the 2002 European Boxing Championships in Perm, Russia. He also represented Romania at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece also as a featherweight.
