Victor Tadashi Suarez (born May 13, 1989) is an American documentary director of photography recognized for his work with Al Jazeera. He has received four Emmy nominations for documentary films he shot for Fault Lines, the flagship program at Al Jazeera English.[1]

He has filmed several documentaries focusing on police accountability, including Policing the Police for PBS Frontline,[2] and Ferguson: City Under Siege, for Al Jazeera America, for which he was awarded a 2015 News and Documentary Emmy nomination for Outstanding Coverage of a Breaking News Story in a News Magazine.[3]

Since graduating from Columbia University in New York in 2011,[4] Victor has shot for National Geographic,[5] PBS Frontline, and Al Jazeera.

Personal

Acted in multiple high school productions at Naperville north high school. Including one where he fell off the stage as picasso.
