Victor Ivanovich Balashov (Russian: Виктор Иванович Балашов; born December 24, 1924, Moscow) is a Speaker-Union Radio (since 1944). From 1947 to 1996 he worked for Soviet Central Television.[2] People's Artist of Russia (1997). Member of the Great Patriotic War, serving in the Red Army.[1]
