Victor Earl Schwenk (October 26, 1924 – March 14, 2016) was an American and Canadian football player and executive.[1] He coached at Occidental College and served as a general manager for the CFL's Edmonton Eskimos and the NFL's New Orleans Saints.[2][3] He died in 2016.[4]
