Via News Agency (VIANEWS) is an international news agency headquartered in Lisbon, Portugal. It is managed by Via Globe Unipessoal Lda,[1] a Portuguese company.
VIANEWS was established in June 2015 as the first born-global news agency to cover breaking news, business, politics, technology, and world news.
History
2017
VIANEWS has 33 journalists covering the news from 30 countries.
2016
In 2016, VIANEWS had 15 journalists from 10 countries. The news publication was covering major business and technology events in Lisbon such as the "Web Summit" and the Lisbon's Business Angels Club.
2015
VIANEWS was established in 2015.
Journalists
The Via.News agency employs some 35 journalists and 2 photojournalists in 39 countries worldwide. Via.News journalists use the VIANEWS Handbook of Journalism as a guide for a fair presentation of information.
