Velykyi Burluk (Ukrainian: Великий Бурлук, Russian: Великий Бурлук) is an urban-type settlement in Ukraine, the administrative center of Velykyi Burluk Raion in Kharkiv Oblast. Population: 3,966 (2017 est.)[1]
Founded as a village of Shevelivka in 1656, the village was renamed Velykyi Burluk and transformed into an urban-type settlement in 1963.
