Velké Březno (German Großpriesen) is a village and municipality (obec) in Ústí nad Labem District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 8.11 square kilometres (3.13 sq mi), and has a population of 2,147 (as at 31 December 2007).

Velké Březno lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) east of Ústí nad Labem and 67 km (42 mi) north of Prague.
