Vanessa Guthrie

Vanessa Ann Guthrie (born 24 January 1961) is an Australian businesswoman, best known for her work as a company director in the resources sector.[1] She is currently Chair of the Minerals Council of Australia, Deputy Chair of the Western Australian Cricket Association and a Director of Australia's public broadcaster, the ABC.[2][3] As of 2017, her business interests include non-executive directorships of oil and gas company Santos Ltd and prospective uranium miner, Vimy Resources Ltd. She is a former director of Toro Energy Ltd and remains a shareholder of the company.[4]
